Savouring Persia - (Estanbouli Polow and saffron syrup cake
In this class you will master the art of preparing a savory Persian dish (Estanbouli Polow - beans and lamb incorporated rice) and delight in crafting a scrumptious Persian dessert (saffron syrup cake).
These are feasts like chirstmas, but just in July.
You can join in making or observe and take the detailed recipes to try at home.
