Savory Palates Charcuterie Competition

Calling all charcuterie enthusiast!! Enter our competiton and present your BEST board.

This will be an evening of FUN & networking!

what to expect:

Competitors will be judged based the components/criteria listed below:

*Creativity

* Presentation (visual appeal)

*Taste/Flavor combinations

*Color balance

*Ingredient quality (EVERY BOARD MUST have 1 ingredient FROM "EACH" OF THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES LISTED) (Cured meats, hard cheese, crackers & fresh seasonal fruit) Boards must have variety. Board size must be 18x18. Overall impression capturing the eyes if your guests.

Please make sure to wash all fruits and vegetables, cheese must be cut before coming to the event. you must wear gloves at all times. Competitors will have exactly 1 hour to setup . Doors will open @ $4:00 PM. Contestants (only) must arrive @3:00 PM to setup!!!

This will be an evening of savouring flavors, selections and arranging. So unleash your inner Charcutier. Dont miss this opportunity to showcaseyour talents and artistic flair. There will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd place & the peoples choice. if you would like to compete:

Please email a headshot photo, a bio about yourself and your business, business name, logo and photos of your previous boards. Pictures that are not yours will be an automatic disqualification from the competition.
