New series alert! The Downtown Chef Series: September Samples will kick off Thursday, September 4th and continue weekly through September 25th. Each Thursday, a featured Downtown Buffalo chef will shop the Market, create a dish using fresh vendor ingredients, and offer 100 free bite-sized samples to Market guests between 11:30am and 1:30pm at Fountain Plaza!

The lineup includes chefs from Queen City Bistro at 42N @ The Flats on September 4th, The Bijou on September 11th, Johnny D’s on September 18th, and Graylynn on September 25th.
