Would you like to slow down more this New Year? Soften the pace at which you move through the world? Create a more regular rest practice?This yin workshop will feature a guided mindfulness practice with a warm herbal drink and some optional large group discussion, if time allows.
Given our various socializations, many of us operate at a pace of living that is the opposite of life’s rhythms, which includes a balance of movement and stillness.
As beings who are not designed just to “do”, but to also be, rest, and dream, we could use more permission to dive into the sweetness of slowing down.
️Come in contact with a slower rhythm of your breath and mind as we mirror the wintering of the natural world, which we are in our very essence.
This workshop is gently facilitated by RYT 300 and birth doula Chloe Grigsby at Lovelight Collective where experienced yin practitioners, those brand new to the practice, and every~body~ in between can come and rest together.
️ For two hours of cultivated rest in this yin yoga workshop, the cost is $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Herbal drink and toppings are included.
