Yin & Restorative Yoga • Tea & Community

Have you been carrying everyone else's needs while placing your own at the bottom of the list? Have the demands of work, caregiving, family, or simply the pace of everyday life left you feeling exhausted, anxious, or longing for a moment to simply breathe?

If so, this morning is for you.

As summer comes to a close, Savor the Slow is an invitation to step away from the constant pressure to do more and instead reconnect with what your body and mind have been asking for all along—rest, quiet, and gentle care.

This therapeutic Yin & Restorative Yoga experience is designed for those navigating stress, anxiety, emotional fatigue, burnout, or the physical effects of living in a constant state of busyness. Through supported restorative postures, gentle yin stretches, calming breathwork, and guided relaxation, you'll have the opportunity to release tension, soothe your nervous system, and experience the healing power of deep rest.

There is nothing to achieve in this class. No expectations to keep up. No pressure to perform. This is your time to soften, receive, and simply be.

After our practice, we'll gather over a warm cup of tea for conversation and connection, creating space to reflect, share, and enjoy the simple pleasure of slowing down together.


During Our Time Together, You'll:
  • Release tension held in the neck, shoulders, hips, and lower back.
  • Calm an overactive mind with gentle breathwork and mindfulness.
  • Support your nervous system through deeply restorative yoga practices.
  • Reflect on what you're ready to release as summer comes to an end.
  • Experience the comfort of rest, community, and intentional self-care.

You'll Leave With:
  • A greater sense of calm and emotional balance.
  • Simple breathing and relaxation practices to use whenever life feels overwhelming.
  • A renewed appreciation for the importance of rest as part of your overall well-being.
  • A feeling of being grounded, nurtured, and ready to welcome the next season with greater ease.

Please bring your own yoga mat, bolster, blanket, yoga blocks, and your favorite pillows to create a cozy, supportive nest for your practice. The more comfortable you are, the more deeply you'll be able to relax and receive the benefits of this restorative experience.

No yoga experience is necessary. This class is welcoming to beginners and all bodies.
