The Savor the Ozarks Dinner Series is a year-long culinary journey celebrating the Ozarks’ seasons food traditions and local agriculture. Each dinner highlights the best ingredients of the season and provides a platform for emerging chefs and food business owners from the AFIC@MCO shared-use kitchen to refine their craft collaborate with celebrated local and national chefs and build pathways toward financial sustainability.
