About this Event
Saving the Lives of Those Who Wear Camouflage is a prevention-focused mobile application developed as part of a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) dissertation project. This kickoff and demonstration experience introduces the app and invites participants to provide structured feedback on its usability, clarity, and perceived value.
The app is designed to address gaps in suicide prevention education, mental health awareness, and self-efficacy within military-connected communities. Participant feedback will be used as demonstration results to inform evaluation and refinement of the app within the dissertation. Participation is voluntary and intended for educational and program development purposes.
Attendees could win a gift card.
