Where does environmentalism go next? Join Life in the Round at the Round Church on Monday 19 January at 7:30pm for an evening with Kew Gardens biologist, Prof Richard Buggs, and Jim Paul, Director of the English L’Abri Fellowship and author of 'What on Earth is Heaven?'.
Through an interview and discussion, they will explore Prof Buggs’s work as an environmental scientist in tree conservation, discuss what motivates their care for the natural world, reflect on the pressing problems facing the environmental movement today, and consider how a Christian perspective might have more to contribute than we think.
The evening will conclude with an audience Q&A, followed by cheese and wine. The event is free to attend, and all are welcome. No booking necessary; doors open at 7:15pm.
