On Friday 7 November, RAINY MILLER performs at DISGRACELAND, Middlesbrough, to support the continuation of an institution in the town's music art scene that needs our help right now.Support from Duellist - & more TBA.
Tickets are £10 - but all monies received are passed directly to this vital venue...so if you can chip in a bit more, that would be amazing.
The venue will also be setting up a fundraiser - so if you can't make the show, support that rather than buy a ticket here (tickets for the gig are very limited)

Fundraising for Disgraceland – Help Keep This Boro Gem Alive
Disgraceland has always been more than a venue – it’s an organically grown, grassroots institution in the heart of Boro. Built on love, diversity and DIY spirit, it’s a space where everyone belongs. Over the years, we’ve hosted everything from dance, hard techno, dub , experimental noise and more, to LGBT Pride Events , Middlesbrough Art Weekend poetry, book clubs and live art events…. a real patchwork of culture that’s shaped by the people who walk through our doors.
Right now, though, we’re in a financial hole big enough potentially to bury us. Every avenue to resolve this has been maxed out….except one area where funding is available however this is a lengthy process and we’re at a point now where help is needed very urgently,
We’ve got an event lined up for 7th November with an amazing lineup.
This weekend reminded me why I’m not ready to let it go. People travelled from Dundee to bring hard techno to our stage; the next night we celebrated Pride with an LGBT rave, we then cosied up for a Book Club on the Sunday
It’s been a journey full of energy, creativity and love…and hope it’s not over yet !
