What's Cooking:
We're serving up a gnarly competition that'll have you saying, "Woo-woo-woo, what's up, preppy?" Teams of four (MMFF) will tackle three epic workouts, bust a move with a floater workout, and go head-to-head in a final showdown for the top spots.

Teams of 4 (mix and match your squad - no cliques allowed!)
3 challenging workouts inspired by 90s fitness trends
A floater workout that'll have you moving like it's a dance-off at The Max
A final showdown for the top teams to claim victory and bragging rights as the ultimate 90s fitness champs
Prizes:
Winning teams will score epic prizes that will make you feel like you just aced a pop quiz from Mr. Belding himself. Plus, there will be rad giveaways and swag for all participants because everyone's a winner in our book.
