Save the Date – KSRFUR Pre-Season Conference | Sunday 31st AugustPlease save the date for our Pre-Season Conference, taking place on Sunday 31st August at our regular venue, Sutton Valence School.
We're excited to confirm our guest speaker for the day: Mathew Carley – Premiership, Six Nations, and International Referee, and newly appointed Patron of the Society. It promises to be a fantastic opportunity to learn from one of the best in the game.

Arrival/Registration: From 9:30 AM (tea and coffee provided)
Start Time: Prompt 10:00 AM
📋 Agenda
Indoor and outdoor learning sessions led by our experienced Society referees
Group development activities tailored for all levels
Opportunity to collect your 2025/26 season referee shirts (design and colour to be announced soon)
✅ Safeguarding & DBS Checks
Our Safeguarding Officer, Adam, will be on-site in the afternoon to process DBS renewals.
Please check the status of your DBS and bring the relevant documentation if you’re due for renewal. If unsure, feel free to contact Adam directly for guidance.
🏃♂️ Bronco Fitness Test
Following the conference, we’ll be running the Annual Bronco Fitness Test.
All Senior Development Squad and SEF Squad members are strongly expected to take part.
All members are welcome to join in to assess your pre-season fitness.
Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear. Changing facilities will be available.
🚗 Travel & Expenses
We encourage car sharing where possible.
Drivers can claim 25p per mile – please email Tracy after the event with your mileage to process your claim.
We hope to see as many of you there as possible for what promises to be a valuable and enjoyable day.
