SAVE THE DATE - REGISTRATION OPENING SOON!You’re warmly invited to join in for an afternoon dedicated to gratitude, presence, and heartfelt connection through sound!
Come together in a space of stillness and appreciation as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred healing instruments gently guide you into a state of harmony, openness, and inner peace.
This sound bath centers on the energy of gratitude — a sacred invitation to pause amidst the busyness of life, take a deep breath, and honour all that nourishes you. As sound waves ripple through the space, you’ll be invited to soften, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your heart. Through intention and deep resonance, this experience will help you to cultivate a deeper awareness of the abundance that surrounds you. You’ll leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and reconnected to a sense of gratitude — both for the simple blessings of life and for the shared humanity that binds us all.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any items that may help you to feel warm, cozy, and supported throughout the session. After the sound bath, enjoy light refreshments and meaningful connection with fellow participants.

Exchange - Pay What You Can (PWYC) - minimum $20 for members of the community and $10 for frontline and community caregivers.
This event is being held in support of frontline workers impacted by the recent harm reduction site closures. These closures have not only affected the essential services provided to vulnerable communities, but have also had a direct impact on the workers who show up every day with care, compassion, and dedication.
This gathering is a space to come together in solidarity with frontline workers, their colleagues, and community members who are concerned about the broader impact of these changes.

By offering services through her clinic using a sliding scale payment system as well as collaborating with other local businesses and organizations, Clare aims to open the door wider so that more people can embark on their healing or end-of-life journey with love, care, compassion, and dignity.
