Save the Date!
Free sports physicals will be offered on Saturday, June 6, 2026, for Olympia School District students entering grades 7-12 who plan to participate in athletic programs during the 2026-27 school year.
This event is made possible in partnership with Olympia Orthopedic Associates and local healthcare providers. Oly Ortho is excited to partner with Bras for Girls at this year’s event! Bras for Girls helps provide properly fitted sports bras at no cost to athletes. Their team will be on-site to help size, measure, and distribute the appropriate sports bra for each athlete.
A new physical examination is required to be on file with your student's school every year for all student-athletes.
The free sports physical examinations do not replace the recommended “well-child” checks conducted by family health care providers.

Saturday, June 6, 2026
9 am - 3 pm
Capital High School Gymnasium (2707 Conger Ave. N.W.)
Only Students entering 7-12 grade
Please bring completed and signed copies of the Athletic Physical Examination Form with you on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Students can also pick up a printed Physical Examination and History Form at the front or athletic offices of their school.
The event is in partnership with Olympia Orthopedic Associates and local healthcare providers.
Please Note: Free sports physical exams will not be offered directly from ROC Olympia Orthopedic offices. Copies of sports physicals completed at the June 6 free event will not be available at ROC Ortho Urgent Care.

Following the event, families will need to upload a photo or scanned copy of the completed Physical Examination to Final Forms.
