The A-Z Diabetes Boot Camp is a week-long, in-depth course designed to enhance the health care professional’s knowledge of diabetes and promote patient and family centered partnerships in self-management. Current diabetes guidelines and standards of practice and evidence-based strategies in Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSME) provide the foundation for the Boot Camp. This course will enable participants to more effectively facilitate behavior change in people with diabetes.Registration and full brochure coming soon!
