All SME families and community members residing in the Sugar Mill Elementary attendance zone are invited to a community-wide meeting on January 7, 2026, from 7:00–8:00 PM in the SME Cafeteria. Our community will present our understanding of the proposal by FBISD to close SME and the impact of this closure. Invite your families and neighbors to come and rally together to save our neighborhood school.
