What is Save a Life Day?
On Sep 25th, 2025, all 50 states are participating in the first fully national day of free naloxone. Last year (2024), people hosted over 650 events from 35 states – distributing over 84,000 naloxone doses! Check out some photos here.
“Save a Life Day” started with a two county WV pilot in 2020, and it’s grown bigger and bigger every year.”
