What is Save A Life Day?

Save A Life Day is an annual free naloxone event with one powerful purpose: to save lives and change hearts and minds.

On Thursday, September 24, 2026, communities across the United States will come together for the first fully national day of free naloxone distribution. Local organizers and volunteers will host events to provide naloxone, overdose prevention education, recovery resources, and support for anyone who needs it.

Last year, our community came together and distributed 2,164 doses of naloxone in ONE day! 💙

This year, we’re working to make an even bigger impact.
