About Albert Ahlf, Albert Ahlf is the leader of the Ahlfabet Swing Group, also known as Al and the Gals, a Nyack-based swing-jazz ensemble performing traditional jazz, classic pop, and Andrews Sisters-inspired vocal arrangements. Featuring trumpet, saxophone, trombone, rhythm section, Sinatra-style vocals, and rich three-part harmonies, the group brings upbeat original arrangements and fresh takes on classics—including swing versions of modern pop and rock songs.

The group has built a strong regional following and was featured in the February 2022 edition of Hot House Jazz Magazine
