Monday - Savage Series Opening Day! Lower body!
What to expect:
* We will go over proper form.
*Warm up stretch to warm up our muscles.
*Lower body: Each move will be performed 4 times with a staple move between each of the sets.
*The timer will be on 40 seconds of work 20 seconds of rest.
*If we perform a unilateral move (Right side) we will switch on the next round, then we will repeat that once more for a total of 4 reps/2 per side.
*We'll close it out with a final finisher, giving it our all.
*We will end with a much earned cooldown stretch.
*After that we will simply wipe down our mats and hand weights and put them back.
** Stay for a group photo to enjoy later. Not required.
What to bring:
*Bring your water bottle, this is important to keep hydrated.
*Bring a friend and spread the joy or strength.
