I’m announcing this early so people who may want to attend can check the dates ✨ This is a 3 week course starting in the New Year, when we are in the coldest and deepest part of Winter, seeding things beneath the cold, hard ground. The dates are Saturday 4th, 11th & 18th January 3-5pm at Rudry Parish Hall. If you’re ready to wake up the warrior within then come along 🔥And for those who can’t make these dates but want to attend, don’t worry, I’ll be running this as one of my signature short courses throughout the year ✨🔥🖤
