Hello everyone!Some time ago, I shared the idea of organizing a Dachshund meetup in Athens, inspired by the lovely gatherings you see in cities like Paris and London — and now I’d love to see if we can bring it to life here, together 🤍
After chatting with a fellow doxie mum, I wanted to propose a possible date and location and see if there’s interest from the community.
📅 Possible dates:
• February 7th or 8th
• Or the weekend before, in late January
📍 Proposed location:
Zappeion Park / National Garden — spacious, green, and dog-friendly 🌿
For now, this is just an idea, but I’d really love to make it happen if there’s interest.

Πριν από λίγο καιρό μοιράστηκα την ιδέα να οργανώσουμε ένα Dachshund meetup στην Αθήνα, εμπνευσμένο από αντίστοιχες συναντήσεις που γίνονται σε πόλεις όπως το Παρίσι και το Λονδίνο — και τώρα θα ήθελα πολύ να δούμε αν μπορούμε να το κάνουμε πραγματικότητα όλοι μαζί 🤍
Μετά από μια συζήτηση που είχα με μια ακόμη doxie μαμά, θα ήθελα να προτείνω **πιθανές ημερομηνίες και τοποθεσία** και να δω αν υπάρχει ενδιαφέρον από την κοινότητα.
📅 Πιθανές ημερομηνίες:
• 7 ή 8 Φεβρουαρίου
• Εναλλακτικά, το προηγούμενο Σαββατοκύριακο στα τέλη Ιανουαρίου
📍 Προτεινόμενη τοποθεσία:
Ζάππειο / Εθνικός Κήπος — ευρύχωρος, πράσινος και φιλικός προς τα σκυλάκια 🌿
Προς το παρόν είναι απλώς μια ιδέα, αλλά θα χαρώ πολύ να την προχωρήσουμε αν υπάρχει ενδιαφέρον.
