Saunahood at Holme Pierrepont
Take some time to relax and recharge with Saunahood at Holme Pierrepont. Set in a beautiful natural setting, these sessions offer a chance to unwind, boost your wellbeing and enjoy the benefits of heat therapy in a calm, social environment.
Whether you’re looking to de-stress, support physical recovery or simply try something new, Saunahood provides a welcoming and inclusive space for all. Sessions are suitable for both beginners and regular sauna users.
Your session timetable
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow time to get changed and settle in. A short briefing will be provided before the session begins, and support will be available throughout.
- 50 minutes of sauna and cold plunge/shower time – you can move between hot and cold as often as you like, with breaks as needed
- Time at the end of the session to change and rehydrate
- Space to relax outdoors under the trees after your session (weather permitting)
What to bring
- Swimwear
- Two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one for changing)
- A water bottle
- Flip-flops or sliders for walking to and from the sauna
Spaces are limited, so advance booking is recommended.

Please note: the postcode may direct you to Greenacres Caravan Park. Saunahood is located at the next turning on the right, within the campsite at the National Watersports Centre. We recommend using Google Maps to find us.
Parking is free and located just inside the campsite entrance. Toilet facilities are available.

Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP.
Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
There is a small cost to attend, which covers the session on a per person basis. This is offered at a discounted rate through social prescribing, helping to keep the sessions as accessible as possible.
We want our sessions to be accessible to everyone. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch - we’re happy to support you to attend.
