Sauna Sings! (Oct)

A chance to connect with your embodied voice and innate creativity, collaborate with others, and explore the wonderful world of making stuff up using the voice and body!

Relaxed and supportive environment, no experience necessary!

Includes:

- Songs and song rounds -

- Movement and sound-based practices for release -

- Sounding using the natural and embodied voice -

- Circle singing (group singing connected to ancestral ways) -

- Exploring connection to self, environment and other through sound -

- A safe space to play, experiment, improvise and collaborate -

Tickets by donation:

Singing only - suggested donation £10

Singing (1hr) plus Sauna (2.5hr) package - suggested donation £30 (see below for payment and booking instructions)

Timings:

Sauna slot one 2-4.30pm

Singing session 4.30-5.30pm (please arrive 5-10mins early to allow time to settle)
