Beginning on Tuesday, March 31, and running daily from 8 am until 6:30 pm through Thursday, April 9, The Monarch in Hart is hosting a collaborative mobile sauna pop-up residency with Howl at the Moon Sauna Co., developed to help you savor the transition into spring.
Slow down, warm up, and settle into reflection like you deserve, whether on your own or with a friend for an hour of breathwork, meditation, stretching and yoga in the sauna, or with a group of loved ones catching up with good conversation, heat and a unique experience, in and out over the hour.
Pricing
$80/one hour sessions for group Sauna
$15/individual community session for 30 minutes
