About this Event

What to bring:

🧘🏻‍♀️ Please bring your own yoga mat to the event

🩱 Swimsuit/ shorts for the sauna and plunge

🧖🏼‍♀️Two towels: one the sit on in the sauna, one to dry yourself

🩴 Bring flip flops as the ground can be slippy up there

🧣Bring a shawl/ blanket for yin after

🔦 Please bring a torch for the walk back down to the car as it will be dark when we finish
