Our goal is for you to walk away with information that makes lifestyle change(s) manageable. Whether that be nutrition tips, breathing and stress management, or building better habits, our half day retreat is designed to help you get out of your comfort zone and bring excitement to health.
These unique retreats take place right on Prior Lake with direct access to multiple wood burning saunas and cold exposure in the lake. Our breakout sessions offer an opportunity to have intimate conversations with expert instructors that may help you reach your health and wellness goals. Beverages and snacks will be provided, and we'll finish with an organic farm-to-table meal.
