Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and intentional recovery in collaboration with PORTAL°. We'll begin with a guided sound bath with Jean Nitchals, designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and help you fully unwind. From there, you'll transition into PORTAL's signature thermal experience, where you'll have the opportunity to move through sauna and cold plunge at your own pace and connect with community. Guests generally alternate between heat exposure (sauna) and cold exposure (cold plunge) three times per session, spending 15 minutes in the heat and 3 minutes in the cold.

Whether you're recovering from training, looking to de-stress after a busy week, or simply carving out time to care for yourself, this experience is designed to help you reset both physically and mentally. Connect with community, embrace the power of recovery, and leave feeling refreshed, restored, and ready for whatever comes next.

Important Information

• Guests must be 18 years or older to attend.
• Lockers, changing rooms, and showers are available for your convenience.
• Yoga mats and small towels will be provided. Larger bath towels are available as an add-on during your thermal session.
• Please wear or bring a swimsuit or other clothing that can get wet for the thermal experience.
• Parking: We recommend parking in the Lakeside Center parking lot, just a 3-minute walk from PORTAL°. A map with directions is included below.
• Biking: Bike racks are available in the PORTAL° parking lot for guests arriving by bicycle.

Jean Nitchals is the founder of Crystal Healing Collective and Reiki Master, as well as Instructor and Co-Owner at CycleBar. Crystal Healing Collective is a local female owned company whose vision is to raise the collective consciousness of our strengths, and together to make positive change for our individual lives and our communities as a whole.

About Portal:

PORTAL° Minneapolis offers an indoor/outdoor experience with both electric and wood-fired caunas, a communal cold plunge pool, and social spaces and amenities such as a locker room, changing spaces and showers.
