Sauna and Sobriety

Sauna and Sobriety of Minneapolis and SaunaGlo are excited to invite the community in for an evening of social sauna and guided sessions, and the opportunity to be in conversation with Sauna and Sobriety founder, Jen Veralle. Jen has hosted sauna events in Minneapolis since 2023 and built a following around those who want to gather and be among sober, sober-curious, and those who simply want an alcohol and substance-free evening out.
Nonalcoholic beverage excellence will be free and flowing all evening long by Jen Veralle, Mindful Drinking Movement, and will include Sauna Water, and several local brands. And we'll have nourishing lite bites -- all included in the ticket price.
About the Guide
Jen’s a certified sauna guide in the Revivery method of hot and cold contrast therapy, and will offer guided sessions throughout the evening, no sign up required. Guided sessions will be at 6:30 and 8:30 (12-15 min in length) and the remainder of the evening will be open steam.
Event Cost
Entry is $60 in advance and will sell out at 26 people. No worries if you can't make the entire event. It’s a free-flow event so arrive when you are able and meet new people in community.
Next Steps
As a one-time formation event, we welcome anyone with the calling to lead! Come and explore the opportunities for an ongoing local Sauna and Sobriety conversation, connecting with those who identity with sobriety or alcohol-free lifestyle, and get a pulse on the interest for continuing events and how we might shape those collaboratively or even with your community’s specific needs in mind. Jen is also offering a coffee meetup at 9:30 the morning following the event to connect with leaders in these spaces!
