About this Event
Sharing skills on how we can preserve and extend the life of the food we grow to last through the cold months. This time - Sauerkraut - made from fermented cabbage and has a distinctive sour, tangy flavour.
Please bring a jar or two (with lids) with you and you'll take home what you make.
Look out for our team members, we'll meet at Redhill Park Cafe.
Activity for adults. £5 per person.
