just a casual light hearted session, chopping cabbage, squishing cabbage and getting into jars in order to ferment back at home. will take as long as it takes - likely an hr max of making sauerkraut and hang around after to continue our conversations about anything & everything prepping (& maybe a bit about global politics) ð€£
