Satya Circle. Otherwise known as truth gathering. Join us once a month for this free event for discussion about our current affairs in a way that is non-judgemental and supportive. How do we navigate our external world to not cause imbalance in our inner world? We will use Yogic Philosophy in a way to gain tools for everyday ease in our lives .
This is a non movement class that will have brief meditation and breathwork to support our subject which will constantly change.
