19:45 – 21:00 | Seated Gala Dinner A formal 3-course dinner with live background music and international guest networking.

21:00 – 23:15 | Awards Ceremony & Live Performances Presentation of the Apex Master Expo Awards with artistic highlights and keynote moments.

23:15 – 23:30 | Laser Show Finale A synchronized visual and musical performance — the signature Apex celebration of light, unity, and inspiration.(Optional fireworks addition for outdoor or resort venues.)
