Join us for a special class with experienced instructor Bridget Kelly .
Bridget will skilfully lead us through stretches and deep relaxation.
Enjoy connecting to the elements
Bring a large beach towel as your yoga mat and bring your togs if you wish to have a swim after the class!
Please feel welcome to bring a water bottle, a sunhat, perhaps a warm layer for relaxation & if you wish a little kai for a relaxed picnic after xox
Cost is KOHA recommended $10-20
