Zoe (ZogaYoga) collaborates with Lake Paran this year to offer Saturday morning yoga classes at Lake Paran!My intention for 2025 is to intuitively hold space for the human experience. Come be human with me and simply experience something.
When: 9am Saturdays March & April
Where: The Great Room at Lake Paran
Who: Zoe of ZogaYoga holds the space with authenticity and intention. All are welcome.
Investment: $10 cash or Venmo.
Please bring your own mat and any props that may support your practice. You can expect intuitively led movement guided with accessible alignment cues and ample opportunities for curiosity and introspection. You will experience both stillness and movement. Please give yourself enough time to park and settle in before the beginning of class.
