Saturday Yoga and Gong!Come and join us on this wonderful afternoon of rest and relaxation. I will be holding a special yoga and gong bath event that will include 45 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of the gongs.
Yoga 2.00pm - 2.45pm
Gong Deep Relaxation 2.45pm - 3.30pm
* Sound helps you to relax, completely!
* Allow the world to melt away as you surround yourself with the healing vibrations of the Gongs and Singing Bowls.
* Enjoy a long lasting relaxation that will stay with you throughout the day and beyond.
* Please bring a blanket, a pillow and something warm to lie on.
Booking is essential as these sessions fill up very quickly!
Sound healing works holistically by helping to bring back a state of natural balance to the body, as vibrations of sound pass through the body on a cellular level, the body begins to heal itself.
