Preparing for the changes ahead

• Your wellbeing
• Explore the impact a new baby can have
• Address concerns i.e. financial, coping with tiredness, work/family life

Preparing for labour & birth

• Understanding the different stages of labour
• How can you support your partner

Practical baby care

• Nappy changing, bathing and safe sleeping
• Feeding and comforting baby
• Understanding your baby’s needs

Workshops run once a month. It is best to participate when your partner is 30+ weeks pregnant.
