FORGE is Cape Town’s first heated kettlebell studio - built around 50-minute, full-body sessions
that combine strength, conditioning, and proper graft. Think kettlebells, functional training, and
conditioning… all done in a heated space.
Why the heat?
It gets muscles firing quicker, pushes your cardiovascular system harder, and builds serious mental
resilience. So when you step out into the ‘real world’, everything feels easier.
Our workouts are designed for all levels. You go at your pace, we coach you through it, and the
goal is simple: move well, get stronger, and leave feeling like you’ve actually done something
Expect:
Full-body training (strength + cardio combined) - all with kettlebells. You choose your weight, you
set your pace. Our coaches are right there to guide, push, and keep you moving well.
High reps. Controlled form. Constant movement.
We train in 4–5 blocks - think AMRAPs, EMOMs, ladders - finishing with core and a cardio push
on our Torque Rippers (our take on SkiErgs).
Expect a proper sweat and a seriously high calorie burn.
Post-workout, we’re cooling things down with free slushies from Opti 🧊
