We have arranged a regular Irish session at Patsy’s Irish Pub in Mission Viejo for the third Saturday of the month, starting June 20, 1pm to 4pm. We had a great time at the inaugural effort in April. Please pass on the word and attend the session if you’’re feeling an itch for some weekend trad music. Especially those of you who can’t easily attend the Monday night sessions in Tustin.
This session is now listed on thesession.org and will be promoted in the usual places for trad sessions. The pub management will also be promoting it. This pub is noted for a robust weeknight Karaoke crowd and also for its Monday night Bluegrass jam sessions. Although a bit dimly lit like pubs often are, it is family friendly and relatively spacious on Saturdays. Bring some listener friends to enjoy a pint along with the session players.
