Saturday Sweat & Sculpt at Loco Southie
Join us for an afternoon of movement, community, and giving back at Loco Southie—all in support of Camp Kesem!
Come move with us, meet new people, grab a drink, enter our charity raffle, and help raise money for an organization doing incredible work for children and families.
12:15–1:00 PM | SCULPT & SWEAT
Kick things off with a 45-minute full-body sculpt and sweat class co-taught by local Boston fitness instructors Kristen Sydlowski & Jamie Hines. Kristen primarily teaches cycle + sculpt at The Handle Bar, one of Boston’s largest locally owned fitness studio brands. Jamie is an online creator and fitness coach specializing in wellness and performance coaching. Together, they’ll bring good music, lots of energy, and a workout designed for all levels.
Please bring your own mat!
1:00–3:00 PM | DRINKS + HANGS
Stick around after class or meet us afterward! We’ll have a private space at Loco until 3 PM for drinks, food, and hanging out.

ABOUT CAMP KESEM 🤍
Camp Kesem supports children through and beyond a parent’s cancer by providing completely free summer camp experiences and year-round programs. For kids navigating the fear, uncertainty, and challenges that come with having a parent affected by cancer, Kesem gives them a place to just be kids—to laugh, make friends, feel understood, and connect with other children who truly know what they’re going through.
More than just a week of summer camp, Kesem creates a community where kids are reminded that they aren’t alone. Every dollar raised helps make these experiences possible for more children and families, completely free of charge.
