Come slow down, breathe deep, and flow together as we welcome the sunset by the ocean. 🌊🧘♀️
Join me every Saturday at 7:00 PM, kicking off September 19, 2026, for an all-levels beach yoga experience centered around movement, breath, connection, and community 💛

Across the street from The Embassy Hotel, near Lifeguard Station 9. 🏝️ on the sand!
