This is the run club for the sprinters, the fast mover, the people who prefer the fast lane!

Join us this saturday for a sprint session down at the legendary crystal palace track for an explosive session at the track, focusing on building strength and fitness through track and field methods. This is for all level from beginners to experienced sprinters and from the young to elderly, session at the moment are free just pay at the track and try for the first time!
