Looking for a new hobby? Partner dancing is the answer!
West Coast Swing is a partner dance style that can be danced to a huge variety of music: pop, R&B, blues, hip hop, funk, k-pop and much more!
Never danced West Coast Swing before? Not a problem! The beginner-friendly class will help you get started and is suitable for anyone; no prior experience required.
You do not need to bring a partner in order to participate as the class will be rotational. Anyone can choose to learn as a lead or follow.
The social playlist will be composed of music suitable for WCS as well as other dance styles such as Modern Jive! We take song requests, as long as it's on Spotify and appropriate, we will play it!
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Always a good idea to bring a drink bottle and deodorant if you need it.
