📝 APPLICATION & PAYMENT DEADLINES

Application and payment deadline:
Friday, December 4, 2026
Please submit the LHV Vendor Application using the application link provided.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Once your application has been approved, we will contact you with instructions for submitting your $25 booth fee via Venmo.

Your booth is not considered reserved until your application has been approved and payment has been received.
By submitting payment and securing a booth, you acknowledge and agree to all event policies and terms listed below.

REFUND, CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Booth reselling, swapping, or transferring to another vendor is strictly prohibited.
If you are unable to attend, please notify the event host as soon as possible at:

Although refunds and transfers will not be provided, the event host may, at their sole discretion, reassign an unused booth to an approved vendor from the official waitlist.

We’re excited to welcome you to the Lady Hydrangea First Saturday Series!
All vendors must be checked in by 8:00 AM — no exceptions.
Early check-in allows us to organize the vendor area, complete setup safely, and ensure vendors have access to designated parking behind the venue before shoppers begin arriving.
Public Hours: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
All booths should be completely set up and ready for shoppers before the market opens.

🛑 TEARDOWN POLICY
Teardown begins at 2:30 PM — not before.
No Early Teardown
Vendors must remain fully set up until the market officially closes at 2:30 PM.
A full vendor lineup creates a better shopping experience for our guests and gives every vendor the best opportunity for sales throughout the entire event.
🚗 Vehicle Safety
For everyone’s safety, no vendor vehicles may enter the market/vendor area until the event has ended and guests have safely exited the area.
Early teardown or bringing a vehicle into the vendor area before authorization may affect your eligibility to participate in future Lady Hydrangea Vintiques events.
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you have an emergency and need to leave early, please contact an event host before beginning teardown or moving your vehicle.
