Saturday Sculpt at Sound Brewing

Join us Saturday, April 25th at Sound Brewing Co. for Saturday Sculpt at Sound Brewing—an outdoor Yoga Mat Sculpt class.

Arrive at 10:45am to get settled. Class begins at 11am and runs for 50 minutes.

This full body sculpt blends low impact strength work with intentional movement to tone, lengthen, and energize the body. All levels are welcome.

Please bring your own mat, towel, and water. Optional equipment includes ankle or wrist weights, or light hand weights (1–2 lbs).

Your $20 entry includes the class plus one drink of choice after (beer, seltzer, or wine). Stay after to relax, connect, and enjoy the atmosphere—live music to follow.

No reservations required. No prepayment. Simply show up and pay at the door (cash or card).
