✍️Registration NOW OPEN ✍️🗓️✨ Saturday Rise & Shine Yoga & More 🗓️✨
Event starts this week Saturday 13th September, 9:30-11am.
This longer 1.5h class will give us more space and time to bring in other aspects of yoga and relating movement modalities.
As always we will approach everything with an inquisitive observant mindful attitude and work with our bodies current ability.
We will also bring in Pranayama (breathing practices) and finish with a longer relaxation.
Suitable for all, no previous experience necessary.
You are welcome to make special request to help shape the class.
