Body & Brain offers a variety of classes to help you create balance between your mind, emotions, and body for improved overall health and wellbeing.
Join us on Saturday mornings for our basic class including stretching, energy circulation, and breathing meditation. This class will leave you feeling mentally clear and refreshed all day long.
