Saturday, October 10, 2026: Aggie Ring Day Volunteer Registration

Volunteers will be required to register online for their preferred shift time in order to be included on the finalized station assignments for Aggie Ring Day.

• Saturday Shift #1: 8:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

• Saturday Shift #2: 11:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

* Note that volunteer spots have historically filled up within a few hours after being released, so don't wait to register!

All volunteers will be required to complete the training for 2026 prior to Aggie Ring Day. There have been important revisions made to the volunteer agreement that are crucial to the overall success of the event; which is why we are requiring everyone to complete the updated training. We will be emailing you regarding the training 2-3 weeks prior to Ring Day.

All volunteers serving with The Association of Former Students, including Aggie Ring Day volunteers, are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful and courteous manner. Our volunteers play an important role in representing The Association and supporting our mission of serving the Aggie Network.

Approved by our Board of Directors, the policy serves as a guide for all volunteers representing The Association and outlines expectations for professionalism, respect and appropriate conduct when interacting with Association staff, fellow volunteers and members of the Aggie Network.
