In this coastal-inspired cooking class, students will prepare three elegant dishes: savory Old Bay Crab Cakes with a tangy Remoulade Sauce, a flaky Asparagus Mascarpone Tart with rich, creamy filling, and warm, spiced Ginger Cookies for dessert. Key skills include seafood seasoning and shaping, tart assembly, and cookie baking. Perfect for elevating your culinary repertoire, this class focuses on balancing bold flavors and mastering refined techniques.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
