Saturday Morning Yoga in Old Town at Luna Luz with Michelle Albino

Cosmic flow are classes that have been structured around astrological insights for the week. We'll open with a brief insight on what's happening in the stars and you'll be offered a focus point for class based on the current position of the planets. We'll then tune in to both the physical and the subtle body through gentle hatha, pranayama, guided relaxation and meditation. Classes are a beginner-friendly, all-levels flow.

Michelle is a 300-hour yoga, breathwork, and meditation instructor, and a level II Reiki practitioner. She practices tantric, hatha, and kundalini yogic techniques - a style known as Radiant Body Yoga, and is currently undergoing her 500-hour training with RBY. She is passionate about nervous system regulation techniques and building resiliency through kundalini-based yogic techniques, which she emphasizes in her classes and workshops. Michelle was born and raised in New York and recently moved from Brooklyn, NY to New Mexico. She currently resides in old town, Albuquerque.

Arrive 10 minutes early to pick a spot and set up your mat. Please bring your own mat and any props you would like to use, including blocks, blankets, and straps.
