Join Kelly for Saturday morning Yin Yoga at the Transformation Center - an incredible way to start your day with movement and centering your mind and body!What is Yin Yoga? Yin is a slow-paced, gentle style of yoga that works with very basic postures to increase mobility, mobilize, stretch, and hydrate the body’s extensive fascial network. It’s also highly meditative and introspective, offering time and space for you to draw your awareness inside.
*Attendees, please dress in comfortable layers and bring a yoga mat, bath towel, and water. Extra props and mats are available for your use as well.
This class is open to the public! Drop-in fee of $20 per class, or reduced fee of $10 for Transformation Center Members (cash or Venmo).
